WHAT WE DO

Care Givers employs qualified and experienced staff members who are appropriately skilled to provide services in accordance with both Care Givers and Office of Aging. Care Givers ensures the availability of sufficient staff by routinely reviewing the staff-to-client ratios. Staffing patterns and needs are continuously monitored to assure availability of qualified staff. Care Givers provides for supervision of all aides by an appropriately qualified supervisor.

Our employees are highly trained under the more stringent criteria of personal care aides. They are trained to function in a supportive relationships to nursing by performing selected client care services and related housekeeping activities. They are trained to observe any deviations from the usual physical or mental status of a client and to report the fact immediately to their supervisor. They are also instructed to inform their supervisor of any significant needs or changes in the client's condition and/or home environment.
